Types we may use

- Preferences: remember language or last search area if we add that feature.
- Analytics: help us see which pages are used, in aggregated form, if we switch analytics on.
- Marketing: not used unless we introduce advertising and obtain consent where required.

Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are essential to provide the service you request. Other cookies are used only with consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, unless an exemption applies.
How you can control them
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site (for example forms) may not work. You can also use industry tools such as Your Online Choices for some advertising cookies, if we ever use them.
Third parties
Embedded maps, video or payment tools would set their own cookies. We will list those providers here if we add them. Unsplash or similar image hosts may receive a technical request when a photograph loads; that is a network request, not a cookie we set.
