When these terms apply
They sit on top of our Terms of use. If there is a conflict about an enquiry or application, these member terms prevail for that relationship. GND Estate Limited (company number 15919540) remains the company you contract with.
Enquiries and shortlists
- A shortlist on this website is stored in your browser session unless we later offer a saved account.
- You must keep your contact details accurate so we can confirm viewings.
- You must not share another person’s data in a form unless they have agreed.
- We may refuse or close an enquiry if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or a conflict with a landlord’s instructions.
Information you give us
You confirm that information you provide (occupants, pets, income, Right to Rent status, and any supporting documents) is true and not misleading. False information may lead to an application being declined and, where relevant, a holding deposit being treated in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
Offers and acceptance
An interest registered through the site is not an offer we are obliged to put forward, and a landlord is not obliged to accept you. Until a tenancy agreement is completed, either party may walk away, subject to any holding-deposit rules that then apply.
Conduct at viewings
You must treat the property, neighbours and our staff with care. Do not smoke, bring unapproved pets onto the premises, or take keys or belongings. We may end a viewing immediately if we reasonably believe there is a safety or conduct issue.
Ending the member relationship
You may ask us to close an enquiry at any time. We may stop dealing with an enquiry if the property is withdrawn, if you do not respond, or if these terms are broken. Closing an enquiry does not cancel a signed tenancy or a payment already lawfully due.
