01

Our organisation

GND Estate Limited (company number 15919540) is a UK lettings business. Registered office: 157 City Road, Birmingham, England, B16 0NW. We do not operate factories or overseas production. Our main supply chain is professional services, IT, photography, cleaning, maintenance contractors, and office or software suppliers.

02

Our policy

We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking. We will not knowingly deal with a supplier who uses such practices. Staff must not ignore signs of exploitation at a property, including in construction, cleaning or live-in work arrangements.

03

Due diligence

  • We prefer UK-based contractors who can show right-to-work for their people.
  • We expect suppliers to pay at least the National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage.
  • We may ask new higher-risk contractors (for example cash-in-hand labour on refurbishments) for extra checks before instruction.
  • If a concern is raised, the directors will investigate and may suspend the supplier.
04

Awareness

Anyone working with us is expected to report suspected exploitation immediately to a director. External help includes the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700 and the police on 999 if someone is in immediate danger.

05

Effectiveness

We will record any incidents or credible allegations and what we did in response. This statement will be reviewed annually by the directors and republished with an updated date.

06

Approval
